Facility
D-D VENDING is located just off the I-275 beltway and serves the Tri-State area.
Maintenance
We provide maintenance service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our service technicians will respond to all maintenance calls within three (3) hours. We follow several steps to assure you of uninterrupted service:
- The knowledge to repair a piece of equipment
- Install the best equipment available
- Continuous schooling for our technicians
Our maintenance shop is staffed with technicians that have expertise of refrigeration units, microwave ovens, dollar bill changers and control boards. When a machine cannot be fixed on location, which is rare, other equipment is available for fast replacement.
REPLACEMENT PARTS INVENTORY
Our parts inventory will minimize the downtime on any machines. We have spare parts readily available at our local shop.
WAREHOUSE
We order and receive product every week. This assures that our products are fresh on a first in, first out basis. This permits us to carry a wide variety of nationally advertised name brand items.
